Diddy facing legal action
Diddy was reportedly sued by Derrick Lee Cardello-Smith, who alleged that the rapper sexually assaulted him at a sex gathering in 1997. Derrick, a former bartender in Detroit, stated that he met Diddy, who subsequently invited him to a party at a hotel. He mentioned that Diddy offered him a drink with an undisclosed substance that caused him to pass out. Derrick recounted waking up to find Diddy engaging in sexual activities with a woman beside him, with the rapper allegedly declaring, “I did the same to you!”
Diddy is being sued by Derrick for allegedly colluding with the US government to conceal his illegal activities. The lawsuit filed by Derrick demands $400 million in compensation from Diddy.
