The President was urged by JMM to guarantee that all-star campaigners, including tribal public representatives, receive fair constitutional protection and respect.

The supporters of ex-President Donald Trump have been mobilizing poll watchers in Democratic precincts with the intention of challenging the voting process. There have been instances where armed individuals were depicted asserting their rights while promoting recruitment. Furthermore, there have been allegations of conspiracy theories suggesting that anything other than a Trump win would be considered an unjust act deserving of rebellion.

One message shared by a Ohio Proud Boys division warned that the time for neutrality is dwindling. They emphasized that individuals must choose between joining the resistance or submitting to tyranny and oppression. The group, known for its involvement in the Capitol attack on January 6th, is pushing for a decisive stance to be taken by all.

The party mentioned in the correspondence that Hemant Soren’s helicopter was unable to depart due to a restricted airspace caused by Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s presence in Garhwa and Chaibasa in Jharkhand on Sunday.

Supriyo Bhattacharya, the spokesperson for JMM, explained that Hemant Soren’s helicopter was not allowed to take off due to security measures concerning Prime Minister Modi.

The star campaigner Hemant Soren was set to speak at an election gathering in Bazar Tand, Simdega, after a meeting in Gudri, West Singhbhum. Meanwhile, Prime Minister Narendra Modi had a scheduled election rally in Chaibasa. The EC had authorized Soren’s visit, but due to security protocol concerns for the Prime Minister, the CM’s helicopter faced a delay, grounding it for one-and-a-half hours. The distance between Gudri and Chaibasa is 80 km, and it’s 90 km to Simdega.

Soren’s helicopter was held back for more than 90 minutes despite the poll body’s authorization of 15-minute no-fly zones within a 50 km radius for security purposes.

The letter mentioned that the Chief Minister hails from a tribal background and attained the current position through immense perseverance. It highlighted the parallel journey of belonging to the tribal community and achieving the highest office in the nation through persistent efforts.

He urged the President to guarantee that all prominent campaigners, including tribal public officials, receive fair constitutional protection and recognition.

The upcoming Jharkhand assembly election is scheduled to occur in two phases, specifically on November 13 and November 20, with the vote tallying set for November 23.
